TERMS OF OUR SMART PHONE APPLICATION “30 DAY, UNCONDITIONAL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE”
You may cancel your order anytime within the first 30 days and receive a 100% refund of any monies paid. Cancellations requests must be made in writing and sent to cancellations(at)clickcampaigns.com.au. Please note, this is the only cancellation notification method that is valid. You cannot cancel via the phone, but you may call us to verify that your cancellation request has been received.
TERMS OF OUR SMART PHONE APPLICATION “6 MONTH MONEY BACK GUARANTEE” FOR RESTAURANTS
If you buy a smart phone application and follow the steps outlined in our marketing plan for 6 months, at the end of that time, if you’re not satisfied that your business is on track to grow revenues far in excess of the cost of acquisition and running costs of our system, notify us by email at cancellations(at)clickcampaigns.com.au and we will give you a full refund of your set up costs*.
Simply use our application for a period of 6 months and follow the step-by-step instructions supplied in our marketing plan, and if you’re not delighted with the growth you’ve seen in your business after that time, we will refund your development set up costs* in full, and release you from your hosting contract. That way the risk of your investment is on us, which means you can’t lose!
Cancellations requests must be made in writing and sent to cancellations(at)clickcampaigns.com.au. This is the only notification method that is valid. You cannot cancel via the phone, but you may call to verify that your cancellation request has been received.
*Please note the ‘set up cost’ refers to the cost of purchasing your application as noted in your invoice. Monthly hosting and the one off fee charged for submitting your application to Apple and Google are not refundable under the terms of our 6 Month Money Back Guarantee.
SMART PHONE APP DELIVERY
Getting Your Smart Phone App ready for delivery is a 9 step process
1. Place the order and pay the set up costs and sign the hosting agreement
2 If you have a website supply your web address. If not, provide us with any artwork, logo’s, photo’s, contact details or copy you’d like included in your apps artwork
3. When these items are received we will have the first draft of your application ready within 7-10 business days.
4. You can then review screen shots of application that we will provide and sign off on the pages
5. If reviews are required for sign off we expect to have those pack to you within 7 business days
6. Steps 4 and 5 repeat after any review. Please note sold at less than retail include a limit of 2 reviews & any additional reviews will incur a fee.
7. Once you have signed off on the application we will submit it to Google Android Marketplace and the Apple on your behalf.
8. Approvals from Google are within 2-3 days, approvals from Apple may take up to 2 weeks, possibly more if they reject the app the first time it is submitted.
9. As soon as the app is approved by Google and Apple it will be available for download via their respective networks.
